M*A*S*H Star Dies at Age 95

Actor Allan Arbus, best known for his role as Sidney Freedman in the hit 1970s US TV series MASH, has died at the age of 95. He dies on April 19,2013 from cognitive heart failure in his home in LA. 

Surgery could have been done but because of his age and Arbus' unwillingness, surgery was not conducted.
